If any person under the age of 21 creates an account using false information, that account will be considered fully void and all deposited funds will be forfeited without a refund.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

ke77 is primarily operated targeting players in Bangladesh. Access to the platform from certain countries or regions may be restricted due to local legal regulations. Players are solely responsible for verifying that online gaming is lawful in their area.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ke77 offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x), meaning you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after claiming the bonus.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward bonus wagering.
• Each player may claim the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

ke77's VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering different benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated each week and credited directly to the player's wallet. No wagering requirements apply to the cashback amount.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

ke77 is vigilant against bonus abuse. If any player uses dishonest methods to take advantage of promotional offers, ke77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and, if necessary, close the account.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on ke77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely impartial and not predetermined.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical issue causes an irregularity in a game result, ke77 reserves the right to void the bets for that round and return the funds in full. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical error will be considered void.

6.3 Disconnections

ke77 is not responsible for internet disconnections during gameplay. However, for live games, rounds affected by a disconnection will be settled according to server logs.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ke77 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits more than once.

• Colluding with other players to control game outcomes.

If any of the above activities are detected, ke77 will immediately close the account, forfeit all funds and take legal action if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by ke77

ke77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicious activity detected on the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Providing false information.
• In the case of an account that has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Any player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the ke77 support team. Any verifiable withdrawable funds will be returned before the account is closed.
